Middeleeuws Ter Apel is located around a beautiful old monastery, taking you instantly back in time. It's also one of the largest and most authentic medieval events in the Netherlands. They reenact the year 1465, with soldiers, market vendors, artisans and a lot of music, who came together for the annual market.
