Tewkesbury Medieval Festival

Tewkesbury is one of the largest free European reenactment events. The highlight of the event is the reenactment of the battle of Tewkesbury which took place on the 4th of May, 1471. The participants live in an authentic Medieval encampment for the weekend. There will also be many animations, like music, dance and many special medieval characters (a surgeon, ..)

Tewkesbury Medieval Festival is the largest free Medieval reenactment event in Europe.
